Weight Loss Consultation

The core of my program is an initial in-depth coaching visit, 90-120 minutes, where we cover everything. You will leave this visit with a plan in place for yourself.

Super Health Food

Follow-up Visits

Change is hard, right? To support you through the process of lifestyle change, we will meet together weekly for 15-30 minutes, and check in by email between visits.

Long-term Support

I ask all my clients for a 3 month commitment, because it takes time to develop new habits and to figure out what exactly your body needs to lose weight.

After 3 months, ongoing health coaching is encouraged to continue weight loss or to maintain your weight loss. Maintenance is an important stage, and I am here for you then, too!
